About Us
Think of your favorite breakfast restaurant in Kansas City. Now, think about how long you usually have to wait to be seated at that restaurant, only to wait some more to be served. We want to change your ideas about breakfast! Most breakfast items take just a few minutes to prepare, so why the long wait time?
Simply Breakfast is a quick-casual restaurant. Meaning, we take your name and order at the counter, you wait less than 10 minutes to pick it up, and then you have as little or as much time as you want to enjoy it! We have a comfortable dining room for you to enjoy a fabulous breakfast and a great cup of coffee. We also offer to-go orders, call-in orders and delivery (yes, we'll deliver breakfast!) for all of you who don't have time for such an important meal!
In order to accommodate today's fast-paced lifestyle, we will be open 6:30am - 1:30pm Monday through Friday and 7:30am - 2:30pm Saturday & Sunday. On the weekends, we are also open from 12:00am - 4:00am for all of you who might want a satisfying bite to eat before calling it a night!
